A playful single-purpose website monitoring utility built by MadeByCaffeinated.
The challenge
A clear problem to solve.
We wanted to create a fun, simple tool that anyone could use to check whether a website was up and running. The aim was a fast, easy-to-use utility with clear results and none of the complexity of a larger monitoring product.
What we built.
The interface centres on one action: enter a URL and check it. Bold colours and friendly typography keep the experience approachable, while real-time checks return immediate visual feedback. Error handling and timeout management sit behind the deliberately simple interface.
The finished experience.
The responsive tool works across desktop and mobile without accounts or complicated settings. It stays focused on a single job while handling edge cases, timeouts and different kinds of web response behind the scenes.
